Norman Bloomberg is the chief operating officer of GPS Online, International, where he leads a comprehensive, international strategy to expand online education offerings worldwide.

Mr. Bloomberg has been with Laureate Education since 1999. He has served as divisional vice president of enrollment management for the Laureate Higher Education Group and for Walden University - the flagship online university in the Laureate International Universities network. Prior to joining Laureate Education, Mr. Bloomberg held vice president positions at Mindsurf Networks and ASPECT Language Schools. He formerly served as vice president for Internet banking and general manager for telesales at Citibank. Mr. Bloomberg has a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration from New York University.
